What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
beautiful property with lots of character, lovely room with lovely bathroom with deep stand alone tub. Would ask for this room the next time or similar one, nice touches were chocs at reception, tissues in the room good electrical points for straightners, nice bed linen comfy bed, fan in room, plenty quality toiletries. Only one negative I need to feedback and that is the £100 deposit which I had taken from my card. This is completely unnecessary and I have NEVER in my life had to do this with any other hotel and we holiday every month and have overnight stays in between. I check out yesterday, this is now Friday and I have not received my cash back! looks like Monday at the earliest. Just don't comprehend this practice at all and this could be off putting if I want to return to the hotel. I have put on a good review on trip advisor and mentioned this. Customers don't like this practice at all, as I say very off putting.
