This is a reduced Advance Purchase rate and will be charge in full at time of booking. A refund is not an option on this rate.
BED AND BREAKFAST BOOKING
You will be fully charged at time of booking for your reservation, but fully refunded if cancelled 3 days prior to arrive.
If a reservation in cancelled within 3 days of arrival, or in the event of a No Show, no refund will be given.
Children under 2 years old can stay for free. Limited baby cots / cribs are available on a first come first served basis.
An amount of £100 will be pre-authorised from your credit card upon check-in. This is to cover for any incidental damages or for smoking and vaping in the rooms, which is against the Scotish law. This amount will NOT be deducted but held on your account.
